2. Account Registration

- Not create more than one account per person or per device
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. BHT Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
3. One Account Policy
Each player is strictly allowed only one account on BHT Club. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, devices, or personal details — is a violation of our terms and will result in:
- Immediate suspension of all associated accounts
- Forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across those accounts
- A permanent ban from the platform
4. Deposits and Payments
- All deposits must be made using your own registered payment method
- The minimum deposit amount is ₹100
- Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your game wallet
- BHT Club does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person
- Any suspicious deposit activity may result in account suspension pending investigation
5. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100 via UPI and ₹500 via bank transfer
- Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 6 hours for UPI and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer
- BHT Club reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals for security verification purposes
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure
6. Bonuses and Promotions
- Welcome bonuses, referral commissions, and promotional rewards are subject to specific terms that may vary per offer
- Bonuses are credited as game balance and must be used to play before winnings can be withdrawn
- BHT Club reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice
- Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses
7. Referral Program
- Players can earn commissions by referring new users to BHT Club using their unique invite code
- Referral commissions are earned when referred users register and make qualifying deposits
- Self-referrals — referring yourself using a secondary account — are strictly prohibited
- BHT Club reserves the right to adjust, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time
- Any suspicious referral activity may result in commission forfeiture and account suspension
8. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
By using BHT Club, you agree not to:
- Use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to manipulate game outcomes
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors for personal gain
- Engage in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with our platform in any way
- Use the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Engage in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate transactions
Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account permanently banned and all funds forfeited. We reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.
9. KYC Verification
- All players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal
- KYC requires submission of a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card
- All documents must be genuine, valid, and belong to the account holder
- Submitting false or doctored documents is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action
- BHT Club reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the BHT Club website and app — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game designs, and software — is the intellectual property of BHT Club. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our express written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of BHT Club is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
BHT Club shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions
- Technical issues, downtime, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform
Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount currently held in your BHT Club wallet at the time of the claim.
13. Platform Availability
BHT Club makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly and available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily make the platform unavailable. We will communicate planned downtime in advance wherever possible.
14. Changes to Terms
BHT Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
